This delicate rosé is fresh and fruity, with light notes of wild flowers and fresh fruit. The palate is fresh, with light minerality, balanced and persistent. Good fruity notes with a light aromatic finish. It's excellent as an aperitif, with starters, risottos and fish-based first courses. Suitable with fresh cheeses, vegetables and white meats.
