This is a lightly sparkling, semi-dry Lambrusco with bright aromas of redcurrant and strawberry, and floral hints. Ripe cherry and berry fruit on the palate with a refreshing spritz. The Salamino variety is grown close to the Sorbara region and its wines are typically fresh, vibrant and best drunk young. This wine has more colour and body, and the underlying sweetness is nicely balanced by bracing acidity, making it work well with food. It is a 10% ABV, vegan and vegetarian friendly wine from Italy, specifically the Emilia Romagna region.
