This serious unoaked textural Chardonnay from South Africa is made with wild yeast fermentation and low yields. It has a great focus and poise, with classy flinty minerality and great purity and restraint. The extended time on the lees adds nutty and toasty notes, making it an intense yet delicate wine right through to the finish.
