From the very first beer that really set the foundations of our reputation as one of the highest rated breweries in the country with that first Galaxy Mosaic IPA back in those halcyon days, to the Mosaic Simcoe DDH IPA that we poured in front of our peers in the industry and set the wheels in motion for what would become our Augment range, these three hops have been interwoven into our history and remain pillars of our brewing with good reason. Galaxy Daydream brings all three together for a three way dance of pulpy stonefruit notes, fresh mango, ripe pineapples, and just a hint of savoury notes to create a Pale Ale. This unisex beer is vegan friendly. Please note the dents on the top rim - see image. Brewed in the United Kingdom, this 50cl Pale Ale has an ABV of 5.8%
