Happy Gut Orange is our insoluble dietary fibre blend, which adds bulk and supports regularity. It is naturally British and prebiotic, and contains inulin (4%), a soluble fibre. Neutral in taste, it blends into smoothies, shakes, yoghurt and baking without altering the flavour.
