The product was touted as a miracle solution for dry, chapped lips, but unfortunately I've been disappointed by its lackluster performance.

Despite using this product overnight, my lips still feel rough and tender next day, which is exactly what I was hoping to avoid.

I was also surprised to find that the product tastes unpleasantly bland - a far cry from the expected fruity flavor I had heard about.
