We were fortunate to meet Jim, the founder of Indie Hops at Hop City last month and what better than to showcase their star hop Strata in a hazy IPA. We've gone heavy on wheat additions to create a soft, pillowy body and paired Strata alongside Motueka and Motueka Hop Kief from friends at Freestyle Farm. Expect key lime pie, blood orange, a touch of pine and a saturated dank finish. This unisex IPA is vegan friendly and made in the United Kingdom.
