Our Lemon Powder is made from spray dried concentrated lemon juice, which is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, iron, phosphorus and calcium. When used to flavour fish the lemon powder will coat and soak into the fish, unlike using juice which will tend to run off.
