Mango Powder also known as Amchoor or Amchur, is a very sour and tangy spice made from green/unripe mango fruit pulp, that have been dried and ground to a fine powder, often used in Indian Cuisine to add a sour, tangy, fruity flavour, much like adding vinegar or lemon juice, but will also act as a thickener instead of adding an extra liquid to a recipe.
