This Paul Mas Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux Brut is a pale yellow sparkling wine with beautiful effervescence and a persistent core of fine and dancing bubbles. It has a lovely balance of honey and acacia aromas with subtle notes of candied citrus. On the palate, it offers superb harmony and a very good balance between sugar and acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
