[PRODUCTION METHOD] We worked with the best distiller in the game, to turn the concept on its head and craft the world’s first London Dry Gin Alternative spirit at 15% Vol. A year in product development, 10,000 juniper berries, 1,000 oranges, 100 grapefruit peels and 60 liquids later, we finally cracked it!
[BOTANICALS] As a London Dry, you won’t be surprised to see the usual suspects of juniper, coriander and angelica featuring in our low alcohol gin style liquid. However, it is the inclusion of the orange peel, grapefruit peel and sweet orange that makes unique blend so refreshing and delicious! A perfect Mother's Day gift.
[NOSE] Once you pop the cork, you will be hit with a fresh citrussy smack of orange sherbet, and will feel compelled to get pouring and mixing up your favourite G&T or other gin style cocktails (no measures required!).
[FULL FLAVOUR] Due to our unique production process, where we use a higher contraction of botanicals and a longer maceration process than with our full-strength counterparts. You’ll taste a London Dry flavour profile, but also get a fresh punch of citrus from the orange and grapefruit peel.
[MOUTHFEEL] Once on the palette, our refreshingly light London Dry Spirit delivers all the viscosity, body and warmth of a fuller strength gin style spirit. You will be left with a nice slow, warm burn and the botanicals slowly dancing around the mouth, inviting you to take another sip.
