The nose is intense with aromas of ripe red seasonal fruit, such as cherries, blackberries and blackcurrant, with subtle hints of violets, rosemary and a touch of black pepper. This Bobal wine shows distinctive power, vibrant fruit and freshness, with soft and ripe tannin. It is spicy and juicy, with a well-rounded palate and a crunchy-fruit freshness. The finish is gently tannic, with excellent depth. Made from Bobal grapes, this wine is a full-bodied red from Spain, with an ABV of 14.5%. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is both organic and biodynamic. It also has low sulphur levels.
