This elegant white wine from the Bianco di Custoza region of Veneto is a pale lemon colour with a fresh nose of apple and honeysuckle. The palate is soft and round with pink lady apples, lemon peel and peaches, fresh acidity and a pronounced mineral note gives good balance and structure to the wine. It's a great match for prawn or chicken salads. Made from a blend of Garganega, Cortese, Trebbiano, Incrociono Manzoni and Trebbianello grapes, this wine is vegan and organic. From the 2021 vintage, it's a 75cl bottle of white wine, perfect for any occasion.
